The program is available in two versions. You could have the software downloaded to your server or use the hosted version via the web. For trial and evaluations, either version will support five users for free. After the familiarity is over and you are ready to switch to production, you will need to pay for a license. All of the above features are well integrated. Together, it is a suite for time record, time tracking and time billing software. Service providers will be able to track their projects accurately and bill customers accurately. The tool takes care of expense management too. You would be able to customize the expense approval workflow depending on how things are done at your organization.
When updating task status and making other changes you could specify who will receive the email alerts available with the tool. Thus relevant people are always on track with status of projects from your clients. The tool offers Quickbooks integration so that your financial accounting is taken care of easily. You are also able to find the financial health at any time. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. The controls are intuitive so that most users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it. This is a very good product.
